Normative narratives in the thought of Giambattista Vico.
Abstract. This paper is about theme of the fantastic universal, the cardinal principle of Vico’s philosophy, that will be analysed in a new legal perspective, focusing not only on the normative elements in main Vico’s mythical narratives, but also on three examples of fantastic legal universals: Vesta, Mercury and Minos.
