Need for a structural reform
Abstract. One year after the facts, a video spreads images of perpetuated violences towards inmates of Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison block. The exam of organizational evolution of the prison administration highlights the influence that it has been, indirectly , in the development of repressive violent trends. Opposite it’s necessary a structural and deep reform.
SUMMARY: 1. Thoughts, words, acts and omissions. – 2. A double betrayal and the oblivion of culture of punishment. – 3. Replace the wineskins.
