Between search for responsibilities and urgent need to learn
Abstract. The Author takes inspiration from the emergency that has arisen inside of lombardian penitentiary system, due to the spread of the virus Covid 19, to reflect on the efficacy of an interpretative approach of the phenomenon just looking for responsibilities. The results proposed, highlight how this approach, as well as unfair for a chain of events that in different times and places may have helped even in good faith based on inefficient or wrong decisions, does not allow to learn from the experience.
