The present issue collects a selection of the materials published in February 2021 on the Scientific Journal Diritto Penale e Uomo (DPU) – Criminal Law and Human Condition. The materials, divided into Articles, Interviews, Historical sources, Reflections and Stories, are presented in increasing chronological order, from the most recent in time, and were subjected, with a positive outcome, to a revision procedure, in the forms and in the ways provided for by the editorial rules of DPU Journal.
